    Insane Flea Market find

You can use a simple piece of paper for break cloth or jumping practice. I used paper all the time when my cloth was new but ended up with marks in all other locations so I gave up.

    New product release

Its not just hitting the break hard but even more important is controlling the cue ball. I know where my cue ball will be when I break and it aint gonna be a scratch or stuck to the head rail. There are a lot of players out there who are not very good at controlling the cue ball on the break...

But before all of that happens you must first have a consistent break shot.

    New product release

To think that you could have got all of that same break practice in way less than 1/2 the time, Im guessing even less than 1/4 of the time. Even though I have used mine a lot already I still bring it out and practice for 15-20 minutes once a month or so, it keeps me sharp.

How would that even be similar? That has got to be the worst analogy I have heard so far in 2025. I hope you are aware that the Break Rak has no autonomous qualities, it is simply a facsimile to a full rack of balls.

    New product release

I have an original Break Rak, got it about 10 years ago. There is no doubt it is one of the best pool investments I have ever made. I suppose I could walk around the table a rerack the balls after ever "practice break" but that would take me hours compared to the 20 minutes or so I spend...

    Gold Crown 7 Revealed

Now the rail I like, that looks sturdy but from my 4 decades of experience with steel I am not sold on the steel frame from a strength standpoint. If the frame were made out of rectangle steel I would easily believe it to be superior to wood. The shape of the steel for the job is every bit as...

    Gold Crown 7 Revealed

Without testing that frame in person its hard to say how much of an improvement over wood it would be if at all. In the middle of the long rail there is not only a large hole in the main vertical section but also a large cut out for the side pocket in the horizontal section. Both will weaken the...

    Pool table brush

The thing that bothers me with brushing is that it seems like you are just moving the chalk dust around the surface of the table instead of actually removing it.

Do you like forward or rear balanced cues?

I never tried locating the balance point of a cue, I don't hold the cue anywhere near the balance point so I doubt the balance point would make a difference for me.
