I am officially calling out STEVEKUR1

On a forum without context, it sounds school-yardish. Maybe it's something you should confront in person? Tell him you'll take whatever spot he's been squaking about, for a few dimes. Then you can post some updates.

Another congrads to Tony Robles, for more than just the IPT match

I did the same, by choice. Watching from the East Coast, I couldn't watch the end of the match because of an early morning. If it had started 3 hours earlier I would have been able to finish it, but oh well. I can't really complain about free pool.

I am officially calling out STEVEKUR1

Ooh, where in LI do you play? Maybe if some trash-talking starts we can get something online. I'm in the City and may know people with enough hardware to get this streaming if there's interest. What are your levels of play? I'm guessing you're within a ball of each other, but are we...

Are you even in the same area? I think you need some 'splainin to do before you get this underway, in an OMG/CUBC fashion. Regular readers may need a few months of drama before they're interested in watching.

I am officially calling out STEVEKUR1

I read this forum more than I'd like to admit publicly, but I had no idea there was a feud between you two.

Another congrads to Tony Robles, for more than just the IPT match

In case anyone hasn't heard, Tony Robles has won his third consecutive Predator 9-Ball stop. These tournaments have attracted a lot of killers, and for Tony to win 3 in a row is amazing, especially considering that he maintained his level of play while sandwiching a last-minute trip to LA for...

IPT Premium Member to watch videos?

I agree 100%. I mean, why should I have to spend a single penny to watch professionally produced matches between the best players in the world? And a whole $5.95 a month? You have to be joking. That's highway robbery. I'll stick to watching free cell phone videos on YouTube.

Poll: Did The People You Learned From Bet On Pool?

The first person I learned from used to bet on pool, but quit. I think he became too much of an addict. I bet on pool, but fairly cheap. Used to do $50-$100 sets, but now I'm usually the $20 guy.

ipt sigel vs schmidt proved what

Wow, you are 100% right. I couldn't have said it better. Mike Sigel was insanely lucky to even run 1 ball against John Schmidt. I can't believe he won. It's ludicrous. Sigel is washed up, yet he beat a world-beater. Tell you what: we'll have a race to 1000 in straight pool. You vs. Mike...

Alex Pagulayan Can't Play Boyes Tomorrow - Tony Robles to Replace Him

Too bad for Alex, but I'm excited for Tony. He's got such a sweet stroke and a great game. I'd only seen him a few times on Accu-stats before moving to NYC, but now that I've seen him in person he's the real deal and deserves a break like this. I wish him the best.

    Iris Ranola can shoot!

Yeah, what's so nice about her is that she really is a friendly person. She's also very humble about her game. I think she's got all the makings of a champion.

    Iris Ranola wins WPBA Qualifer!

Just got a txt from Iris Ranola, who today won a WPBA Qualifer for the Carolina Classic. This was a JPNEWT event, at Comet Billiards. Seems like she's on a roll, and determined to be a touring pro. She beat Tiffany Nelson in the finals, but claims she got lucky. Way to go, Iris!

    Iris Ranola Vs Bora Jeong

I haven't seen quite enough of Bora to get her speed down, but I like Iris... by 3 games.

    Iris Ranola can shoot!

I went to Broadway Billiards last night, and bumped into a pool friend named Noel. His introduced me to his niece, Iris. Iris is a Filipina lady, and Noel wanted us to spar a bit. I had no idea of what her speed was, but my friend Mike had watched her, and tells me she makes mistakes. He was...
