What would be a normal price for getting a 13mm shaft turned down to be close to a predator Z2 shaft? Just general price quotes would be great.

Im looking for a custom cue by Mike Martin. He is out of Alliance OH,He makes great cues.

I live in northern Wv, about 35 miles from Pittsburgh Pa and I am looking for a real instructor, not a guy who can just beat me in a game. My APA operator cant seem to find anyone, Anyone have some ideas?
