WTB: Mezz WX900 Shaft (United Joint)

I'm looking to see if anyone wants to part with a MINT Mezz WX900 29" shaft. I found the lowest price online of $234 for the United Joint. :) EDIT: Never mind...went with new! :)

    Sending PMs

Guys, it's not like your email. It will not automatically save your messages to your Sent folder... I'm betting all your PMs have been sent... If you want a copy of a particular PM you're sending, I recommend you include your own user ID along with who you're sending the PM to...essentially...

    I want your opinion

I hope you're going with majority rules...because I have to agree with the white with brown speck (double brown really). I think that would look really sharp! :)

Anyone ever seen Efren jump a ball?

I actually thought this was going to turn into a Chuck Norris type comment. ;) Like: Efren is the Chuck Norris of pool... Or Chuck Norris is the Efren of everything else... :)

    The truth about Mezz shafts

To the OP: I mean it genuinely when I say thank you for posting your opinion. :) I play with a WD700 and agree that it plays VERY stiff, but I have been considering getting a WX900. Could you clarify what you meant by "...but there are some things that you can't do because it isn't a pro...

    Evan Clarke with Segen Cues

I own several Schons...so no "digs" intended at anything... I'm confused about a couple things. From the website: "Each cue design is unique and made-to-order with infinite possibilities. Your cue is one of a kind to your specifications for weight, length, wood type, and engravings." Yet the...

    Chew Me Out Fellas

Nah...no chewing out from me... Great job in recognizing your desire to improve. I think we all lose focus once in awhile. Glad you saw the "lighthouse" before you ran aground! ;) In the words of a young five-year-old that is near and dear to my heart, "Try harder!" :)

    Purchasing a Production Custom Cue

I've already plugged Jacoby as making a great cue...but the Edge shaft was not for me...I play a Mezz WD700 and couldn't get used to the different feel of the Edge. (But I really do like Jacoby cues themselves...) Again, I recommend sticking with what you know. They can match a brand new Tiger...

Thanks to the A-Hole who recommended using a +/-.005 machinist level for my table...

I wanted to check the level of my table, but couldn't find a machinist level (wasn't going to buy one!). I tried to hit balls with my cue to check level, but I couldn't guarantee that I was hitting dead center ball so as not to cause spin. So, I built one of these out of an old piece of scrap...
