I've never been to a pool room that enforced this rule. I can understand the reasoning behind it, but would think it would perhaps affect revenue. I would think most people with some common sense would not eat a cheeseburger over the pool table, and may even wipe their hands before shooting...

I think saying 10x is pretty strong. A lot of small town leagues i have seen, have some kind of sanctioning (VNEA mostly from my experience). However, i am from the Midwest, and maybe VNEA is more prevalent in certain areas.

I do not know why or how someone would respond to your post this way, but i have probably read crazier things on here.

Yea, that is him. Very sad to hear. I would often chat with him on here, and also hung out with him in Vegas about 10 years ago.

I wonder if the post was referring to the players in Vegas right now. If not, i think there are a few others he would add to the list. Primarily, some guys from Taiwan.
