Brunswick Dealer that charges reasonable prices??

Dumb question... I'm used to commercial tables since the 90's. I rarely recall a pocket ever failing on those. What happens with the home tables and people are often asking for pockets? The OP's table looks modern from perhaps the 1990's or 2000's, not a 100 year old antique. Do they wear out...

Rooms around Lancaster and Ephrata, PA?

Club Med in New Holland might be the only one. I haven't been, but seen them run a few tournaments on FB. The last big room I remember was called Diamond Billiards in Lancaster. It closed up around 2005 or so. I used to go to that one for the Tim Scruggs tournaments. Had a lot of good players.

    Needing help here

Before FargoRate, every weekly tournament I ever heard of used ball spots, not game spots. In my area it was a race to 5 in 9 ball. The range would be something like 0-10. 0 is the best player in the room, 10 is someone who can barely make a bridge and blasts at the 9 each shot. For each...

Rooms around Lancaster and Ephrata, PA?

Proficient Billiards is in that area, and I think he does some sort of outdoor tent type tournament periodically. It's not a permanent setup, but it might coincide with one of your trips. I saw it on FB a few months back. I didn't go though.

    Fargo rate question

Good point:) We do need to hear more to have any decent input, and probably a flyer/advertisement would help. I was quick to jump the gun there.

    2026 World 9-Ball Championship

Was it on the calendar yet? You couldn't pay me a million dollars to go to the Middle East right now.

3D Printed One Pocket Ball Rack

Here is an earlier idea I had. I hand sketched this one on my iPad while on a plane ride a couple years ago, and modeled it in the airport afterwards. I never printed it. This would just fit on a printer in one piece. I was thinking of something like this to screw to the Diamond frame/legs...

3D Printed One Pocket Ball Rack

I liked white letters, but the owner wanted it more subdued, so we went with black. The room also has perimeter lights, so the whole area is fairly bright.

    Traditional wood shafts making comeback?

1 year later, I see more CF now than last year. I did not read the thread...

    Fargo rate question

Bad TD in my opinion. *Edit, unless it was a low (499 range) capped event with min robustness.

    Fargo rate question

I've run into this too a lot. Searching for my name gets a different result than the screen on my own page on the app. I guess the search gets updated first.

    Fargo rate question

You have to manually do that? Do your players use the BCAPL app?

"Star LA chef who doubles as one of America’s best pool players"...NOT!!!

That's actually a really good idea (I think anyway).

The CARBON FIBER Shaft With the LEAST Cue Ball DEFLECTION

Couple comments on Z's splitting... I've had the same issue. I had Z-1's, Z-2's, 314-1's (1" ferrule, pre-cats, post cats), 314-2's. (never had the -3's). Maybe 15 of them in total since 1999 when I got my first one. I might have had 5 or 6 split, from normal play, not abuse. Both Z's and 314's...

The CARBON FIBER Shaft With the LEAST Cue Ball DEFLECTION

Nice video. I'm surprised the Revo was knocked off the top, by a brand I've never heard of, no less.

3D Printed One Pocket Ball Rack

It's easier than getting them out of the ball tray the houseman gives you, because you can reach your fingers behind the ball. However, you do have to carry the balls a few at a time (or risk dropping if more) to get them back to the table.

3D Printed One Pocket Ball Rack

No more fabrication for me:) I'd have SendCutSend do it, an online laser cutting sheetmetal vendor in Kentucky.
