I'm wondering if the OP is serious. It seems unrealistic to think you could buy a custom cue from a reputable one man show kind of cue maker with that budget. If you desire that kind of cue maker, a Merry Widow would be about the most you could expect and more likely a Sneaky Pete in my opinion...

I didn't quite spend 2k but chose Leon Sly. I've never seen one of his cues or played with one.

I played in the season ending tournament for the league I sub in. One of the matches my opponent did just this. I don't personally like it but it guaranteed the win. I could of missed and then he would have had a chance to get in the money.
