I use Elephant brand training balls occasionally because they hold chalk and show you how accurately you are hitting the cue ball. Doesn't work with the Taom Pyro though as it leaves no chalk on the cue ball. I use other chalk for that purpose now.
Many say that but some of them say the Tiger Sniper tip leaves much to be desired. Question for all: If you ordered this shaft and had the choice of an upgrade to a Kamui tip, which of their tips would you choose?
I'm not sure of the price as I got it along with other parts and chalks. There were enough spacers to raise the chalk as much as I would need to. Coins would work just as well though.
Does Diamond still offer larger pockets as an option? I think they called them "League Pockets." I have an 8' Olhausen with 4.5" pockets and that is tight enough for me. Sure wouldn't want them any tighter.
It comes with filler disks (best I van explain them) that raise the level of the chalk in the holder to your desired height. The contact on their website can explain things much better that me.
I've been using a Chalk Magnet's ”Red Cap Chalk Holder” For about a week and it's the best holder I've used to date. It's a magnetic reusable chalk holder. The cap on it is a nice feature and keeps things neat.
You received very good advice about the Golden Cue in Queens. And you also survived two trips through the Port Authority. All together a very good night. Thanks for sharing.
