Wow is this cool! Can this be used for individual players? How would it keep track of rankings that are not Fargo rated?

I worked at Hollywood Billiards in L.A. for two months back in 1988. They used to charge based on the number of people at the table. Like the OP suggested. Often ran into issues with people and girlfriends saying "I am just here to watch", but ended up trying to play and cheat the system...

Guess I messed up here. Got an intro level break/jump cue with phenolic tip a few months ago. Chalk did not seem to stay on well. Miscued several times on the break (embarrassing). So I tried roughing it up with a tip scuffer. :oops: Would like to try the White Diamond I have read so much about.

Bought a break/jump cue a few months back for the first time. Thought I needed a heavy one so I got a 21oz. Took the weight out and now it's a 17.5. Seems to work well so far. Might try to add an ounce or two to experiment.

Had a great 30 minute conversion with Bill this afternoon. Wonderful person. He is over in Cocoa Beach, FL and there isn't a billiard table within 150 miles north or south of him for what he told me. So he may not be able to provide in person coaching for now. But we did discuss the possibility...
