I like classic timeless designs. I also like some period 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's stuff that is more of the period. This synthetic painted stuff I don't get. People paying huge amounts for a cue because it is painted a certain color? Nuts as far as I am concerned.

This model is not in my files. As for the shaft, any competent cue maker can cut the shaft off the joint, turn a dowel on the remaining bit, and put a new shaft on it.

It's not certain. These things vary.

Please note the bumper. You cue does not have the "pill" bumper. It is likely from the later series of the same cue that is in a later catalog. Later 1970's I believe.

I am unaware of any name for that joint. I do not know any specs for it. As far as I know, only Adam used it. Here are the shaft joints in the 1973-74 Adam catalog.
