Just some info: Tim is no longer making cues and has retired. If you or a new owner wanted to refinish the cue it would have to be done by someone else. The good thing going for it is the butt cap appears to be in excellent condition. Not to sure about that big ding in the forearm. Looks...

Hmmmmm. This case is interesting. I have owned many many it's George cases and have never seen this pocket design before. Nor have I seen one unstamped. However the pad inside the lid is typical of a George as well as the strap design and side stitching. It's George cases also have white...

I would say your cue is more 80's than 70's but that is just my opinion. I would say about $200 to $225 at a good day on ebay. Good luck with it. Those older ones hit real nice.:smile:

I did a little research online and it looks like COE is French for CUE. So maybe it's a French made cue. Doesn't explain the boomerang though:p

I was thinking while flipping through my blue book. It would be handy if at the beginning or end of the book there was a quick Cue Maker Logo reference. A few pages of just small pics of Cue Maker's Logos alphabetically for quick scanning and identification purposes. Just a thought.:smile:

I think the pros back in the 70's & 80's played with high end custom cues a lot more than the new pros do. Just my opinion.

I wax my shafts with Q-Wax all the way to the side if the tips. Burnish it in with leather. This seals the ferrules also. I find this keeps my ferrules really clean. I have a habit of every time I chalk I stroke the shaft off with my hand to remove any unwanted chalk dust.

At first glance I thought Adam R/A-12 or A/H-10 but no. The pearlized butt cap and the shaft having the "stainless" under the collar is quite interesting. This I'm sure will be the determining factor. I love these old unknowns. Looks like a real nice cue Craig. Good luck! This is a similar...
