For Sale: Adam Franks Cues Milk Dud Tips!!

They are a Med/Hard press tip. The hit is hard to describe but a joy to feel. They are considered a hard tip and hit very crisp yet they grab the cb like a soft tip. Therefore, they deliver alot of spin and rarely, if ever, miscue. Not to mention, they hold their shape under extreme...

For Sale: Adam Franks Cues Milk Dud Tips!!

All I know is they’re made from a 14MM Elk Master Tip... FYI: I'm gonna be receiving around 30-40 tips this coming week and I'll be able to fulfil some orders.

For Sale: Adam Franks Cues Milk Dud Tips!!

Thanx Buddy, nice to hear from someone who knows exactly what these are and who the man is that creates them. I won't use anything else as well, I love it when people ask what tip you use an I tell them and they think it's crap cuz I didn't spend $40 to have "something else" put on... HaHa...

    billiard shooting glasses?

Real glasses I understand, but glasses with lines and dots all over the place like those are just plain silly and detrimental for one of many reasons.

    billiard shooting glasses?

I say toss em and learn how to properly strike the balls without a crutch that will hurt you in the long run.

For Sale: Adam Franks Cues Milk Dud Tips!!

I‘ve responded to many tip threads and have always spoken highly of the milk dud tips most of the top professionals use. Specifically, I use one made by a great cue maker originally out of Albuquerque, NM... Adam Franks. He uses a very secret recipe which delivers an incredible result that...

Who has milk dud tips for sale? GOOD ONES

Adam Franks makes the best but he's in the business of making some of the best cues in the world, not selling tips... Although, I'm pretty sure he'd sell a few if some of you guys are interested... Income is income, I would assume. Look him up.

    Anyone using chalk off?

I've always used a horsehair brush and the follow up the job with a damp rag and go back and forth the length of the table then move into the rios and I'm done. I learned that technique from an old timer and it works wonders. Felt is designed to last a LONG time in the home compared to pool...

what is wrong with chalking right handed?

I shoot right handed, I chalk right handed.. I've been doing it that way for the last 22 years and plan on doing that way for the next 22, at least. I shoot with a custom oil rub finish sneaky pete, a custom fancy, high dollar cue from the same maker with an Irish linen wrap and I also have a...

WTB: a few Talisman pro/WB to try them out

I cannot vouch for the pool dawg type but the ones I buy are "Efren type" the recipe is a big secret but what I do know is these produce a crisp hit. It's firm like a hard tip but grabs the cb more than enough, like what you look for in a soft tip.. These are considered med/hard press tips...

WTB: a few Talisman pro/WB to try them out

I couldn't tell you much about those... Layered tips are tough to find good ones, the best were H Moori, the old ones no newer than 2002-3 I'd say. The new ones are very inconsistent. I switched to the custom made Elk Master ("Milk Duds") around 13-14 years ago and never looked back. I get...

WTB: a few Talisman pro/WB to try them out

I've tried them both, I'm very unhappy with all of them. I prefer a feel that the energy delivered is transferred to the cb and not caught with the cb. This allows for less effort with more results, this leaves more space for more spin if you need it and consistency which allows for more...

WTB: a few Talisman pro/WB to try them out

Same here, I think they're crap.. Very inconsistent and very few good ones made. They lose shape and feel too "rubbery" almost like it catches the cb instead of transferring the energy into it. That being said, I have few left, if you em you can have em.

    Milk duds

The best are actually made by Adam Franks, but he makes cues for a living.. I dunno if he would make tips in huge mass for strictly selling but it's worth a try..l that's the only tip I use and have been in love with them ever since the first time I used one. They retain their shape and grab...

    Desire to play

I agree.. Personally, I own the Bose QC15 Noise Cancelling Headphones. These babies clear all sound around you when you put them on, literally everything goes silent, they're great for airplanes and the assholes at the poolroom around you, ;-) They're not cheap but worth every penny, and if you...
