Running before you can walk, going "too" advanced in your goals???

If you truly have an understanding of an 8, but shoot like a 2 then you should take the advice given you here, which is work on your stroke and stance, and do some drills. You will be a great player. Although every person here who has given that advice you have thrown out an excuse as to why you...

Was Dennis Orcollo right by calling this foul?

Later in the match, it looks like Dennis tries to call another foul (8 is hit before 7) and the ref disagrees after asking Kun-Lin. :confused:Looks like a foul to me though. This time the ref doesn't call, sees Dennis, then asks Kun-Lin and he says no. Besides being obvious the 8 wouldn't have...

Simple cue designs you love. Woods and simple ring work.

My cue came in yesterday. It looks great, and has a really solid hit. I need some more table time with it, but I am happy with the results.

    APA rating question

Also as others have already said, the inning amount matters a lot. If you're averaging 2-3 innings per match you're likely a 5 or better.

    Coaching better/peer players?

Solid advice. Thanks. There's a greenie for you when I get back to a computer.

    Coaching better/peer players?

Fair enough. One team can have attendance problems sometimes, the other everyone shows up to hang out. All in all they are great teams, so I shouldn't complain too much I suppose.

    Coaching better/peer players?

I actually do this often. I make it clear that I want them to call timeouts on me whenever they see something I might not see. It has helped a little but not as much as I'd like. The issue isn't so much during the matches, as it is how to give overall advice about pieces of the game they...

    Coaching better/peer players?

Sorry for the long post. I captain a couple teams, and I seem to have an issue that I run into more often than I'd like. I have players who are the same level as me, or slightly above/below and they often don't like to hear advice from me. How do you approach this? Now let me explain a little...

Just about finished. I am excited to see it in person, and even more so to get on the table.

    UPS Tracking Numbers

Once it is on the truck you can't change anything. That usually happens very early in the am.They would attempt delivery and see your change when it was scheduled to go out for a retry. Then it would sit at ups untill you pick it up. The option is there so you have control over the second...

    UPS Tracking Numbers

Did you do that after it was on the truck to be delivered? I mean I'm not saying they are miracle workers but in my experience they have been the most consistent delivery company. YMMV.

    UPS Tracking Numbers

All UPS knows is that someone gave you a tracking number, or you correctly guessed one. They have no idea what that person did with a package, or even if a package exists. The merchandiser could have printed a ticket, given you a number, and thrown the package in the garbage or anywhere else...
