I had a McDermott with a warped G-Core shaft. If this is an example of Made In The USA, I definitely prefer an overseas product. All my cues made overseas are as straight as an arrow.

Yes, but I just removed it. And cleaned the table and cleaned the balls, although I did both last night and, guess what? Problem solved. Must have been the spot!!!!!

Both balls and cloth are two or three weeks old. I clean the table after every session and the balls every two days. Of course, I do not have a ball cleaner but use the Aramith solution to clean them. Thank you for your input.

I do know what to do with it, racking wise, and I do know where the one ball goes. The one ball is not the issue - it's the next two that I cannot keep frozen. And, no I do not play one pocket or 14.1 with any rack as I am a horrible banker. But, thanks for your input and I'll keep working on it.
