    Q Wax

I bought Q wax but it isn't as dry as when I previously purchased it. It is more oily. Is there a way to get it more dry and remove the moisture? I read to put it in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Any input?

    ID cue help

I've seen that type sell from $50-$75+ on eBay depending on condition. I'd send to a cuemaker get new shaft refinish and add butt cap.

Normal length cue 58 inches and 18 ounces Shaft with black ferrule that is about 11.5mm or slightly less, it was probably sanded down by previous owner It has the Dufferin...

    Buy Arvorin for Ivory Substitute

If it can look like that for a hoppe ring on a conversion cue then I'd do that! I don't need a huge piece maybe just 26mm around and 7mm high.

    Buy Arvorin for Ivory Substitute

Best place to buy Arvorin for an Ivory Substitute? I saw Alibaba but wasn't sure that was the best. I read reviews and some say it doesn't machine well and doesn't look like ivory while others say it is a good substitute. Anybody use on ferrules? I was going to send to a cuemaker for hoppe ring...

Micarta Ferrules which to buy and where?

Where did you get those ferrules above and are they more orange that yellow color? I'd like to get a yellowish micarta ferrule that Schon used and I sent them a messsage but no response.

Micarta Ferrules which to buy and where?

Where can I buy a Micarta ferrule for a cuemaker to install on a shaft? More importantly what are differences between linen and paper micarta on them? On cue components I see linen for $12 and paper for $45. I wanted to get something similar to the yellowish ferrules from the 80s and 90s...

    Dufferin Refinish

I had a cuemaker melt the logo before and he had to later plug it. Also someone else told me they melted one and now just go slower speed to stop that issue. I wonder who out there might do the best Dufferin conversions for the price. I probably just need refinish, new shaft to match old one...

    Dufferin Refinish

I have a someone that does just tips and ferrules locally and they were going to remove finish on an old Dufferin I have. How do they do that near the logo at the butt end so it doesn't melt? I've heard this is common. Thanks

    BCA League Fee for Teams

Well it sure sounds like the operator in my area is taking a bigger % than 10%. But nothing I or other players can do except pay and play or pass.

    BCA League Fee for Teams

This seems like a better setup than what we have in our area. Over a decade ago I think we figured the league operator was making about $25,000-$30,000 for himself per year just doing that. He then wouldn't book the room or airfare just give money to the winning team.

    BCA League Fee for Teams

Curious does anybody know the fees you are paying to play in the teams 8 ball weekly league in your hometown to qualify for Las Vegas? I heard it was $55 each year then someone said roughly 30-40% of the weekly goes to the person running the area BCA leagues. I asked should the numbers all be...
