    I agree with the three replies you have gotten so far. A small price to pay to protect your expensive cues from damage. One more thing that hasn't been said is that they also protect the top cover of your case. Constant contact from the pin on your cue to the padding will eventually poke a hole...

    Paypal screwed me a few years ago...I bought some electronics from someone in FLorida....he put it in a grocery cardboard box with nothing else. Naturally it got destroyed in transit...but Paypal took his word over mine as I had only one previous dealing with Paypal and he had a few hundred...
