I bought one during the pre-sale, and loved it. When one came up for sale, I grabbed it. Since then, none have hit the sale forum.
Was it that OB sold very few, or is no one willing to sell their's?
Anyone have a comment? Liked them, hated them, meh

Not eBay stuff. The "good stuff".
Everyone knows the argument that he hurt the value of the older cues when began mass producing the LOA 1/1 cues.
That was then.
Anyone else got one they are proud of?
My last two purchases from AZers out west have gone astray. Not lost, but frustrating.
One went to a Michigan facility less than an hour away only to be sent three hours west which resulted in a three hour delay. I am now waiting for a shaft which went from being a hour south to over three...
This black leather 1×2 case looks like a Palmer. But, the catalog picture appears to have something on the upper part of the strap.
"Strap" meant carry handle. My bad.
On eBay this would be listed as a Palmer, but I can't prove it.
The case has been in storage a long time and could a...
There are several threads about old cases and their makers, but little is said about round cases.
I have a round 1×2 with no markings. A "stirrup" top with no strap, just a hand grip.
Came with 50yo cue, but I don't remember seeing an Adam round case
I just got an Adam Galaxie. Butt only.
The major problem is the logo is missing, which leads me to believe the cap was replaced. And, a thread is coming loose. Oh, the joint needs a polishing, too.
Now the butt plays very nice with my OB Raven cf. It is a keeper.
Guess what I am looking for...
I am being offered a DP cue. Not the usual 1/1 with COA, but similar. It is dated "04".
Was wondering if that wasn't about the time he changed his sales model. And, did he use radial pins on pre eBay cues.
Thanks

what is it that keeps you playing this custom cue? Original shaft? Changed tip?
Any bad experiences?
Looking at a second hand purchase. Got time waiting for one of my cues to sell.
Thanks

Alfa posted a feed of the US Open finals on YouTube, and whoever posted said Alfa would soon have gambling available on matches on their feed.
Is this the Alfa coin guys?
Every Schon picture I have viewed (mostly here), has had a logo etched vertically. I just saw one on Craigslist with the logo on the joint collar.
The butt is oddly marked as well: CX04 marked as Schon LTD.
Any clue/hints/allegations?
This shaft fits the current generation of Cuetec butts. It has a scratch near the joint which I covered with a thin line of super glue.
The carbon fiber was not pierced, but I felt better safe. There is no tip on it, currently. I will toss in a couple leather tips.
As it says, joint 3/8×14...
Calling it a package since the butt is gen 1 and shaft is gen 2. This means the shaft is less than a mm larger than the butt where they meet.
The butt is a Cuetec Edge, and the shaft is a Cynergy. The Cuetec Smart Extension is made to fit the butt, and weighs 3.8 oz.
Butt. 15.6 oz...
Looked back in search and found info that brought up two questions:
1) if it is true that the original DH-3 did not have "by Meucci" under David Howard, when did they start adding that?
2) are there both three point and four points versions of this cue?
Thanks
