So, I have an old Huebler. I think it might have an ivory ferrule, is there a way to tell? Also it is a 13mm shaft and I want to have it turned down to 12.3mm can this be done without destroying it?

Probably a long shot but I would like to trade my 30" 314-3 uniloc for a 31" or 30" Meucci pro in 5/16 18. Possibly something else w/ Meucci pin at least 30" 12-12.5mm
