    Asked my local dealer to change the cue weight, now the shaft and the butt won't screw easily, it is snug and you have to use your muscle to screw the

    The cue is McDermott Sledgehammer, i asked my local store if they could change it to 18oz from 19oz and they said yes, so i let them do it, however, the shaft and the butt do not screw easily in a smooth and light way, it's snug, i asked the guy and he was like "it's supposed to be like that"...
