A friend has a Cuetec with a bad rattle in the butt. When I took off the bumper I could only see a black rubber like substance about 2 inches up inside the cue. There is no screw visible. Is there a way to fix this rattle? Thanks!

Is there a way to fix slate on a barbox that has sagged? As it is balls hit softly along the short rail roll off an inch or so at either end.

When and why did BCAPL change their scratch on the break rule from behind the head string to ball in hand? It seems to me the goal should be one set of rules, WPA.
