    Alex pinches Archers nipple.

This was a funny moment when Alex walks up to Archer after his 2nd place finish. It was a great match between Archer and Rodney. Funny guest commentary by Alex as he makes crazy comments and just sounds drunk. Just look at the size of that beer mug in his hand. Enjoy the video and caption...

    There are no easy shots.

I was watching a video golf lesson tonight from Hank Haney. If you are not a golfer, just know that Hank is one of, if not the best golf teacher/coach in the country. He made a reference to C.J. Wiley as he was playing 9-ball with him one day. Hank said that they give each other lessons. I'd...

    GC IV price?

What would you say is a fair price for a used GC IV? It's in very good condition and needs no work done. I just need to move it to my house and set it up. This table has always been in a home environment. Just looking for estimates based on your experiences. Thanks.

Eye pattern exercise for better pocketing.

It doesn't matter what method you use for aiming if your eyes are all over the place. For each shot you attempt, there is a relationship between you, the CB, OB and pocket. This is what you "read" while walking around the table during your preshot routine. Quiet your eyes and focus only on...

    Texas mechanics with RKC training.

I am looking for any table mechanics in Texas that have been trained by Glen Hancock, A.K.A. Real King Cobra. If I get a used Diamond, I need someone that has the equipment and skills to move and set it up like Glen does. Other than that, does anyone have any contact info for Glen? Please PM...

    CTE PRO 1: My review.

Two months ago, I ordered Stan Shuffett's DVD2. Prior to the purchase I had stumbled upon Stan's postings on this forum as well as youtube. I was very intrigued by this aiming system because he would call out the visuals and sweeps before shooting a ball and he was incredibly accurate and...

    Looking for my Diamond table.

I don't remember who I sold my Diamond 9' Pro table to. I'm hoping whomever it was that bought it is reading this, because I would like to have it back. Here's the link to my for sale thread: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=177465

    How to "sight" the cue.

Maybe you have wondered about which is your dominant eye and if you should shoot with the cue under it. Some people say you should, while others say the cue should be under your chin, in the center of your face. Here is an article from BD writer Tony Robles that will help you find where you...

    Tournament registration etiquette. Your thoughts?

Do you know if the TD in your town allows for call-in registrations, or do you need to be there in person? Some tournaments here in TX allow people to call/text the TD to put their names on the list before the registration process begins. This is something I think is unfair.

WTB - New cue that I can try before I buy.

I'm not sure what I want, but I would like to try several cues before making my decision. Are there any sellers around the Austin & San Antonio area that would be willing to meet with me for a test run? I don't want anything fancy, just a players cue.

John Guffey cue made by Viking?

I have a friend that has a John Guffey cue and I am trying to help find out how much it is worth. I'm not sure how old it is, but I am guessing 1999 - 2000. It has a birdseye maple forearm with rosewood points and four color veneers. The handle has a linen wrap and the butt is also rosewood...

Aiming & sighting tips explained with video.

I ran into this video and thought someone would like to see it. The teacher in the video does a great job at explaining how to establish the line of aim in simple terms with a really good video from a shooters perspective. Note how all of the aiming is done while standing upright from behind...

    FS: Full-splice Carolina conversion.

Selling my playing cue. I just don't play any more and it deserves to be played. It is a full-splice blank from Cuemaster98 at custom cues & tips. All of the work was done by Carolina Cues. To my knowledge, only 5 of these cues were made. Cuemaster98 opted to not get the CC logo, which is...

    Reasons for missed shots.

This is my first poll, so please feel free to educate me. When you miss a shot, what do you blame it on? Do you accept that sooner or later we all miss, or do you try and reconstruct and analyze the reason you missed and take corrective action? Given the choices in the poll, what would you...
