Does this look like a real Scruggs to you? I haven't seen points like this on one.

I just bought a box of these. They're 12mm so I'm going to use them for my English pool and snooker cues. If they're good, I'll even try them on my Z shaft. Care to share your thoughts and experience on these?

Here's a cue that doesn't come up every day. Longoni Russian Pyramid billiard cue. Made in Italy. Butterfly splices. Padauk wood for the butt and a Hornbeam shaft. Red, yellow and blue veneers. A couple of minor nicks in the finish, nothing major. The ferrule is also not completely flush...

I just started playing English pool a couple of weeks ago. Interesting how different it is from 9 ball. Funny how the pockets rattle balls a lot more too. Can't just slam them home to get position for the next shot. Have to be a bit more precise with your stroke. Still need to get used to...

Where can I get one? It's a cue from 2007 and it doesn't have the Uniloc weight system, just the old 3/8-16 weight bolt and rubber bumper. Thanks.

As the title says, does this color or irish linen exist? If so, who has it?

For those familiar with both pin and insert, will this fit? I know they're both basically 5/16-14. But the Pechauer pin only has threads on the top of the pin while the Mezz is the opposite. Also, would a Mezz butt accept the large pilot of a Schon shaft?

I haven't seen any interesting designs form Schon in at least 5 years. The LTD and ELITE models from 10+ years ago were so much better. I know this is subjective, but what's your opinion?

So Ivory is a staple in higher end cues. What's your take on this? I've had cues with ivory in the past, but not anymore as I've sold them already. Is ivory a must-have for newly built expensive cues? Personally, I'd be just as satisfied with Elforyn if I had a new cue made.
