When you guys re finish a cue with just a few dings or small chips do you remove all the finish and start from wood or do you just patch the bad spots or sand down a little and build it back up. Thanks

Has anyone used polyester resin as a finish. Did you like it better than the others. If not why.

Does anyone know what glue or adhesive are used in spliced shafts like predator, Jacoby, or tiger or any other maker.

After I finished this cue I faced it off to give it a flat face so the shaft would sit flush and the finish lifted. It's a CA finish. Is there a semi quick fix to this other than stripping off a bunch of finish and doing it over.

Im having trouble cutting my steel collars and getting a smooth finish. Is there a specific type of cutter/insert I should use or is there something else I should be doing specifically when cutting it. Thanks for any info.
