Hi folks. I need your help. I've just started building cue's about a year ago. Mostly house cue conversions. Hears my question...lately I've been having trouble with the final weight of my cue's. How do you predict what the final weight will be while you're building your cue's.

First of all let me state that I am not a current room owner. I am however in the process of becoming one. My question up for discussion is...How did you as an owner fund your room? Do you have any recommendations for financing? Any help would be appreciated.
