Little Guidance Here

Well the first place to start is asking you regular customers a very blunt question, what would you like to see on "our"food menu", we do not in the future?

Maybe you have the a menu you like, but customers do not. Maybe your food prices are too high. The only way to know is asking your target audience.

Don't get rid of the food, pool halls make their money on food an alcohol. Also, how long have you been open? It take awhile to generate clientele

The unlimited play all day/night membership can bite you if your tables are full and you have a waiting list and you have one single unlimited play member practicing by themselves or even if two of them are playing.
 
Hey there, if you're willing/interested, send me your zip code, menu with prices, etc and I'll take a look. I've got 20 years in hospitality at everything from a pool hall to michelin star. I'm happy to see if theres some simple ways to simply the menu while also offering a wider range of things (I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but I promise its not) and if theres anything that catches my eye that might be quick and easy things you can do.

also, somebody else mentioned they get a lot of retirees during the day, which was a great point/idea. Any chance theres a retirement community (not nursing home) nearby you could flyer with some daytime specials?
 
Our room gives free table time with a food purchase during "lunch".

Not only drives food sales, but also helps with food sales as a percentage of revenue if that matters to you...

My favorite place also has free pool M-F 11-2 and Sat/Sun it's 1-4. They stay pretty busy during lunch.
 
You mentioned "2 leagues". What does that look like?

In order to sell F&B, you need people in the room. My goal would be to have league play every night of the week and find a good TD who will bring them in on a couple of weekends each month too.
