So you're probably running IE 6? I'd suggest, like above, making sure ActiveX is installed or try downloading it, but it should come up with a prompt to download it if it's missing. If that doesn't work, I'd go into IE and try going to 'Tools' then 'Internet Options' then click the 'Security'...

What version of IE are you using, what kind of security do you have (ie are u at a business/school and what's the level of security in the browser settings), and what exactly happens when you click "ok" ?
