In our area we have Jesse Bowman. I have heard that a lot of traveling players would avoid playing even. I have also heard the same thing about Larry Nevel in Wisconsin. Jesse doesnt play very much anymore if at all and I still think he could enter a barbox tournament and win it.

Isnt a full field at the US Open Tennis 128 players? They had 156 players at the US Open golf tournament. The Matchroom US Open uses a 256 player bracket. I think it is a lot to do with just trying to get a good field of 256 players. Just my thoughts

They said the pockets are just under 4". They said they are set up the same as the UK Open and I think the pocket size was 3.8"

YES! The player have to stay at Harrah's. We had a friend come to watch for a couple of days and he stayed at hotel that was less than $50. Our rooms were not that cheap.

My son made 3 mistakes that match, three game deciding mistakes. Chris Melling also didnt miss a shot until the finals, besides dry breaks or scratching on the breaks. Sam was super impressed with his shooting. Chris also spent time with Sam all weekend helping with his game. He is a great pro.
