I've got the same, but for the last 50 years!!! A marathon session for me is about an hour, then it's all downhill from there because I can't bend my neck anymore. I can still run my age in 14.1 - but less often. I'm not smart enough to quit though and the pain is worth it...

I recommend ProtonMail because of their encryption. They also have a calendar, cloud storage and a password manager called Plus. The free version is adequate but the paid version is outstanding. I wish everyone took their privacy more seriously.
