I have a used OB-1 Radial that I used for a couple of years on my Lucasi cue. This is a normal 29" shaft with a Sniper tip and turned down to about 12.5mm. It plays great and has no noticeable dings! $115 shipped & insured.

Although I dont break with mine, I have not heard and anyone having an issue breaking with them.

I heard they are now enforcing the 20 second shot rule! I think pros get more time than this. For an amateur player, esp a lower ranked player, 20 seconds is sometimes not enough. I Completely understand how people abuse this and take 1,2,3 mins to shoot a shoot, but maybe 45 seconds or so would...

elvicash, I have the OB-1 and just bought a OB-2 from Smokenum. I really like it alot, its not much smaller diameter than my OB-1, and has a nice solid hit to it. If you never had the OB cues, the ferrule just gets dirty pretty quickly and is harder to clean than normal ferrules, although thats...

OB-1 for me. I bought it from Shane at Plat Billiards about a year ago and it has been great! Upgraded to a sniper tip. Only con is it does get a bit dirty and hard to clean on the ferule since its wood. Previous shafts: standard Lucasi, 314, z, intimidator (pretty close to ob-1).

Hmm, I briefly looked around and seen one online. They look ok, and are super light like you say 12.1 oz!! I am starting to break harder, and use a light 18oz playing cue so I would be interested in trying it....And it seems to be a good jumper as well.....

I am looking for the best performing hardest hitting break cue for the money. I could care LESS about looks, inlays, etc. I want quality just enough to where its performing good and lasts a reasonable amount of time. I was thinking of a cheap Players with a Phenolic Ferrule and tip, but not...
