Yes US and it took about 15 days to get it from the factory. They produce it after two days and sent me a pictures with all measurements and shipped from Vietnam.

Here is the color difference left is 12.4 that was more like 12.2 with 12.00mm tip that was wiped and the middle is new 12.5 that is really 12.5 and no wipe and right is revo 12.4

12.5 arrived and it measure 12.5 on a tip and below the ring same 12.5mm. Bottom is now at 21.4 So something was really off with the previous 12.4mm one where the tip was at 12.00mm and 12.2mm below the ring and bottom was at 21.00mm

It is from the light, it is not white. It is just lighter gray after the wipe with some discoloration next to the end and top where I wiped less initially

No need for calipers to see this difference in size. I order 12.4 and this is not even close to 12.4

did you buy on Amazon or directly? Maybe they are sending defective ones to Amazon lol but if they do it will cost them 1 stars reviews. Support said to return and to order through them which I do not want to do. It is easier to go through Amazon.

What about bottom of the shaft? Did you measure that?

It lost color after 1st wipe not a size. For size it came like this and it says 12.4 everywhere. Probably they have only few sizes but they are playing around with the tips and trying to sell it in many other sizes. I saw on rhino fb community also some other customer got it 0.2 shorter

I am returning this one and I just order 12.5 mm again via Amazon and will see what I will get. Will post once it arrives. They do not have 12.7mm on Amazon which would be probably close to real 12.4

If I was them I would just produce 3 sizes like revo 11.8 12.4 or 12.5 and 12.9 and I would make sure that I am really close to the specs, also for the end they are saying 21.5 and it is 21.0mm And I would make it 29 inches like most shafts and not 30 inches which makes my cue 59 and not 58 and...
