I know this cue maker sold his cues nation wide and they were called super shooters in CA. Some had a decal under the finish that said Magnum.

I agree with garczar. Ultraskin are the only tips I buy, and I get a variety of them. I sell them to my friends and they get them from me for their friends as well. I restock when I start running low.

A friend has a valley and replaced the rails... Pockets are very tight and table plays great... Very challenging.

A friend of mine makes and sells ball cleaners - He recently switched the wax he uses to polish the balls and had a similar problem. It seems the wax would build up on the tip and rather than the chalk sticking to the tip, the wax would transfer from the tip to the chalk.

I buy 10 Ultraskin tips at a time and they cost 4.39 apiece after cost and shipping included. I sell them to others for 10.00 each and get no complaints about price or quality. Several friends have started using Ultraskin black rather than another popular black layered tip.

I called to get a price from the pool people near me and they charge 10.00 if you bring in your tip. Tips are pretty high though... they charge 20.00 for the tips I buy for about 4.00 on top of the 10.00 installation fee. I think I will keep installing my own.
