Which of the tools I listed will work better?

I want a tool for installing tips. Which of these tools would work better for matching a tip to the ferrule. The porper cut-rite, mushroom grazer, or the little shaver. I want to do a professional looking job installing my new tip.

The only people I gamble with are BCA buddys because of this. Even the local thursday tournament has dumb rules like this. Theres a BCA crew and then theres the other pool players that think they're better than us because they "call" everything.
