    Jackpot Cues

This thread certainly has been an interesting one to follow. I tried contacting deanoc via PM regarding the purchase of one of these cues and never received a reply. I don't know him from Adam but his reputation as a seller certainly seems robust. I hardly ever play anymore but was interested...

    who have you played

Bill passed away in 2018 at age 89. He was certainly a character and was definitely not afraid to bet. https://www.garykelleyafs.com/memsol.cgi?user_id=2118069

Might've changed depending on the era but you're probably thinking of Bill Duggan.

    Libra Cues Info??

That’s very cool. If you have the time and the inclination to do so please post up some pics. I’d love to see what it looks like with the leather wrap.

    Libra Cues Info??

I hadn't checked in here for awhile and was interested to see this reply. I'm not certain that this is the same cue although it's certainly possible. When I had it there was no leather wrap. I searched my old files and came up with a few pics, maybe they'll determine if it is indeed the same.

    What is this Cue?

Someone mentioned Jimmy Ingram as a possibility, I'd say odds are against. Jimmy's logo is typically burned into the forearm; a technique he learned from a luthier buddy of his back in the 70's. Even if refinished you could still see it or at least the remnants if someone took off an insane...

Leather Cowboy Instroke Case - 3x7 - Black & Brown

Well-used leather Instroke Cowboy case. One of the zipper handles was missing so I replaced it with a split ring, all zippers work fine, all the straps and buckles are intact. This case has seen a LOT of use (as indicated by the crumpled areas near the bottom) but should have plenty of life left...

    Pool Player From The Past

I was working in Odessa for a couple of weeks back in 2001 or so and went into his place a few times to knock 'em around a little. The first time I went in things were pretty slow and Billy came over and introduced himself. He was an excellent host and a pleasure to meet. He showed me some...

    Unknown "monster" players

What a great post, thank you so much for chiming in! Tucker was really good to me, not sure why but we just kind of hit it off I guess even though I was 20 years his junior... I think I was at about the 4 year mark in my sobriety when we met. He always managed to find a way to call me on my...

    Request for CJ Wiley

If it's the guy I'm thinking of and I'm pretty sure it is, he ended up in OKC. I haven't seen him in many years, I hope he's doing well.

    CJ Wiley

Thanks for sharing the article, it's a great read. I can't believe nobody has seized upon this obvious opportunity, I'm hoping 20-ish years is enough water under the bridge to allow for an answer or at least some hints... Who were the three guys you wouldn't play?
