the link in the first post had tis in the add Ebony Stained Bird's-eye maple butt sleeve and forearm I took this to be a bird's-eye wood with a Dark / Epony stain on it not an Ebony cue. maybe this is how the broken cue was listed before it was sold. just a tought.
