    Unilock insert failure

    Hi, I have a shaft where the Unilock quick release insert has lifted out about 1/4 of an inch and the shaft will not tighten up when attaching the butt. I goes in, but keeps turning. Another shaft works fine. Can I just take a pair of pliers and unscrew it and re-glue it? Ideas? Thank you in...

    Break tips won’t stay on.

    I have been having issues with the newer break tips I put on coming off. I make sure to scuff both tip a ferrule and have been using Loctite 301.     Replacing rubber grip for linen

    Hi, I have a a lot of people who do not like the rubber grips on the cues I sell. What would be the best way to build up the handle area to accept a linen wrap. I usually drill a hole on either end of the handle to finish the wrap. Thank you for any ideas in advance. Jon
