Probably was top 5 before that accident honestly, his temper earned him a reputation for sure. Seems to have leveled out in the last year and his play is reflecting that. Super good guy off the table for sure but hates to lose more than anyone I've ever met.
I've known him for a long time, a little surprising to see him in the finals of this event as he really doesn't play 1 pocket much. Plays really hard, runs out well and top tier safety game though.
Been around for a long time, was top tier years ago and had a terrible motor cycle accident. Been slowly getting back to his old form the past few years. Has more heart than most and hard to get the cash from, no CF he plays with a meucci.
No, been out of that for several years. After his accident he was in bad shape for a couple of years and I don't think he could run it while that was going on.
He plays it well just not often, a lot of people forget he beat Chip Compton a big set a few years back. Probably wouldn't happen again but it was pretty impressive.
I'll agree it doesn't look good for shane, he is one of the best players to ever walk the earth but history tells us he's also a front runner. I can't recall him ever overcoming a big deficit. He's blown huge leads before but never the other way around.
