    Snapped slate support bolt

Hi. Recently purchased a valley panther approx 2010 model. One of the support bars that holds the slate was moving from left to right and on closer inspection, the bolt had snapped off and was sitting in the cabinet. Anyone had this happen before? Should I drill a hole next to it and...

advice on transporting an 8 foot Olhausen Santa Ana

Hi Rob. Thanks for taking the time to reply. I appreciate it mate. As the playing surface is 8 x 4ft, would it be safe to assume the cabinet underneath is 4ft wide or slightly less?

Thoughts on a 9 ft Gibson Brunswick

Hi Everyone, Keeping in mind that American tables and the different variants are hard to come by in Australia, but there is a table being offered at the moment which would be a good buy, if it can be cleaned up and the wood work returned to near original state. If I was to work on one of the...

Alex Brick Jump Break with Taom tip

G'day, I'm trying to fund a trip to Vegas for the VNEA so up for sale is my beloved AB jump break with Taom tip. In great condition. $650 USD including postage. I'll be shipping from Australia, so the price is firm as shipping will cost me a fair bit. PM me if you have any questions.

    Coaching in Philly

Gday everyone, A good mate of mine is heading to Philly for 3 months prior to heading to Vegas for the VNEA champs. Can anyone recommend a quality coach located close to the Philly city center? Home or pool room setting is fine. Any info is appreciated. Cheers. Dave

can i see your milk dud's installed?

Thanks everyone for your replies and photos. In regards to the cue smith, i have never met him. As i mentioned previously, he is part of a big pool hall in the city and you have to drop them off / pick them up.

I can see what you mean. Liquid maybe the issue. Problem is to get a tip replaced i have to leave the shaft, tip and a posted note at the pool hall and pick up two days later. Both cuesmiths available a over an hour from my area.

Thankyou for posting those pics. Is your tip 12.75? Im thinking as soon as the cue smith has to chop too much back for smaller diameter ferrules, the inside must be weaker and blow out.

can i see your milk dud's installed?

Hi everyone. Ive had an issue getting milk duds installed. Especially on tip diameters of that of a 11.75 - 12.5mm I wouldn't say it's the tip, but some have blown out when cutting them back on the lathe and i get a note saying that it couldn't be done. Mind you there is next to no one...
