    Would You Draw Back Here?

Why? Low right is the shot for 9ball... it puts you into the path of the next ball.

    CF Shaft Brands or names

Pearson is another mid/low end. Hit with one last weekend. Solid hit, but didnt have a chance to mess with deflection/squirt. I'm using the Mezz Ignite 12.2. Love it.

So having a few cues build......should I take a loupe to it?

Agree 100 percent. I have some cues I would consider nice. I have never examined them with a loupe/magnifying glass. Im a player and they have all had heavy use, so there are going to be more imperfections in them with just the use of the cue eventually.

    Denver Poolhalls

Heading to Denver for work next month. Will have downtime in the evenings. Any good poolhalls? Googling looks like Felt is decent, but want some reviews from players.

Very bummed about this. Dude was a super strong player and a great ambassador for pool. Such great fundamentals and consistency.

I think he has a video of him playing the 10ball ghost on his youtube channel. Does he have a Fargo?

2002 US Open - Deuel vs Strickland Foul?

Because Billy called that one wrong too in that match. The balls weren't frozen. Sigel follows thru and double hits.

2002 US Open - Deuel vs Strickland Foul?

No one is arguing there was no follow thru. But in this case that doesnt indicate a foul. If the balls were frozen, the shot is legal. If they were apart, it's a foul.

@Island Drive Tell me again what Billy knows... Sigel clearly fouled. Billy said nothing.

In this instance they hold no water. Earl said nothing. Scott the shot said it was legal. Everyone in this thread says it was legal except you.

2002 US Open - Deuel vs Strickland Foul?

They will say the same thing because they know what they are doing. No foul. Corey was playing Earl for God's sake. Of all the pool players or even humans on the planet that would say something if was even debatable as a foul, it would be Earl, and he didn't say anything.

Which is impossible when the balls are frozen. It's not a foul if the balls were frozen.

2002 US Open - Deuel vs Strickland Foul?

If they were frozen, not a foul. If there is a gap of any kind between the balls, then a foul.

I did one in MS Paint once and took it to my cue maker. It looked awful but was enough to get my point across.

The main poolhall I shoot in, the majority of the regular players and gamblers are black. Id say 60/40 if I were to have to ratio it.
