. from what i understand, if its CUE ball fouls ONLY, no matter what touched it (cue or hand) then the opponent (Player B) always has the option to leave the ball as it lays or re-position to most accurate, previous position. Then the offender Player A) has the shot still. Not 100 percent sure...

ive played with my friends bob frey. it played really well.
