Bump for the sledgehammer

The Predator pictured is actually legal too. At BCA this year I put a very fine layer of leather on the tip so that the part of the cue that contacts the ball in not phenolic. The layer can be taken off very easiily.

Yes the tip is leather. Very Very hard leather.

I'm not sure of the tip on the sledgehammer but it is hard as #@$!. I use a samsara on my break cue and this one feels harder.

I have a Predator BK2 that I bought from a shop in Texas. Just normal the way Predator ships them. My question is: Is their stock tip phenolic?? Is it legal for BCA? If not what is the best BCA legal tip out there??? Thanks for the help??
