I have played with a milk dud, just a few hits. The ones I saw were a little messy looking before they were on the cue so I didnt get any. I use an 11.25 or so diameter and for some reason I have problems with tips falling apart when they get down to that size.

I am used to a pretty hard tip, I have been using these water buffalo tips which are very hard but the last few Ive had put on were not hard, actually pretty soft and when I tried to shape them they kinda fell apart. So I do still like the hard water buffalos, but what is another good hard tip...
