Hi, if a shooting player is interfered by a player on an adjoining table and causes the shooter to miss, scratch, hit the opponent's ball, etc., is it a foul or is there a remedy available to the shooter? League play, no referee.

If, for example, the 2-ball is called and not hit, yet the cue hits another solid and then a rail is contacted, is there a foul since the 2-ball was not made as called?

Expanding on this if I were the errant player I would say "Thank you for pointing it out to me". And then I would hand him the ball and/or forfeit. We should reward ethics in our sport not malign it.
I would think about taking a lesson or two to refresh fundamentals. An instructor might be able to help you adapt to new physical constraints while you are working to get back into 'shape'. Although, round is a shape too.
