well i dropped off my cue shaft @ the cue makers and he's gunna change the ferule to a phenolic and then put a samsara tip on.. Should be done by the weekend.. Cant wait.. Thanks for all the help:thumbup:

The guy that i talked to said he used a super pro and recommended them but i've been leaning towards the samsara the whole time.. Thanks for all of your .02 cents and keep it comin.... :thumbup:

I know this has probably been gone over before but please bear with me.. I'm going to have to hold off on a dedicated break cue for now but in the mean time i'm going to re-tip a viper cue that i have for breaking. I'm looking @ the samsara break tip and the super pro tip.. What do you guys...

I've searched but i'm still not sure where i can find out more info on a terry mcfadden jump/break cue. Does anybody know where i should start looking? Thanks.....

Just for a short answer, there's no way anyone will ever use my main cue except me!

I've also been wondering if there's a big advantage to having both separate or if the jump/break works just as well. Look forward to seeing what others have to say..:thumbup::thumbup:

I think it is good to post up stuff if it's on your mind or if you think others will benefit. Obviously not ALL are going to be interested in every post but if everyone stops posting certain things then someone might be at a loss. I agree that if you've read everything that there is to know...

So, i'm guessing that if you don't have pre-flag masters that you can't just go out and buy it now then.. Or is there somewhere that still sells pre-flag masters? Thanks...

i ordered some blue diamond to give it a try. I figured, heck why not.. Not that expensive after buying a home table,cue,case,etc..etc... This might be a dumb question but what is 'pre-flag' masters chalk. If i just order some off of pooldawg.com what am i gunna get? Thanks everyone!!

I was going to get one then my playing cue had a mis-fortune so i had to replace it first.. Definately in the future plans tho...

I had the opportunity to play with a guy that is much much better than i am and I had told him "heck, you're prolly getting bored playing me" He told me that he wasn't playing me, he was playing the table and trying to solve the puzzle.. If you think about it this plays into this post well...

Just curious which chalk everyone likes to use and why. I've always just used master chalk and have had no complaints but just wondering what everyone else likes...
