I'm looking to pickup a BK4. Wondering what the "hard synthetic" tip that comes standard with it is. PoolDawg lists it as hard synthetic. Predator website says KTRL. Makes it sound like best of both worlds. How does it compare to some of the other optional mid-level price upgrades?

My Cs shaft weighs 3.4oz. I'm not really trying to make my shaft alone feel heavier. I just want an overall heavier cue and my current cue seems to be almost maxed out on weight as it sits now at 18oz. So I was kind of contemplating trying a cue with a Predator shaft and wanted a little more...

I have not yet. The cue also came with a Phoenix shaft fwiw, but it's like .4 oz lighter than the Cs (which I'm guessing is some variation of a Classic).

Sorry, what I meant was there are already weight bolts in it and I can only fit another 1/4oz weight in it and still be able to put the bumper in.

I shoot with an OB SP with a CS shaft, which I really like. It happens to be a little light for my liking. A 19-19.5oz cue feels a little more stable in my hand/stroke. I think the only weight bolt I can fit in the butt is a 1/4oz which would bring me to 18.4oz. It has a 5/8oz weight currently...

Picture I would potentially pay for a picture of my cue. I would be more interested in obtaining a picture of myself playing or a cool team picture. Or better yet, a picture of me playing with my cue! Rick
