It's older than the others..the finish is old/rough on the tail end section with the ivory but the points area looks to be refinished and actually looks quite sharp & crisp ... but I'll add more pics so it can be seen better

Yes... bottom english = top english after it changes direction off the rail, so the ball would travel faster after rail impact, but the bottom english would slow it down before it hit the rail.
