I just got off the phone with Omega Billiards. After reviewing the photos I sent him, he told me it is definately a It's George. Also, he said it is not uncommon to have no inscription on the bottom. He has five. As for the non matching strap, either someone replaced it or it was made overseas...

What really bothers me is that strap. It just doesn't look like it belongs on that case. Every George photo that I've looked at, NOT ONE has that cloth type of strap, whether the case was vinyl or leather. Your thoughts PLEASE. Thank you.

Some good news. I brought the cue case to a leather/shoe repair shop. The proprietor assured me that the case was 100% leather with a reptile print. That should make this case a little more valuable than origionally thought.
