    3/8x10 butt only

I have a Chris Whitaker butt I'd let go. Pretty much fits what you are looking for. Has a few scars and a 3/8-10" pin. It’s 29.5” and weighs 13.7oz. There is room for weight to be added but not sure how much. Looks to have been some sort of house cue conversion that he added a little dashed...

    Thoroughbred Tips

I've put 3 Med-Hard and 2 Mediums on in the last few months for myself and a couple friends. Nothing but positive reviews. They trim and burnish really nice and hold their shape well.

PBS St Louis 2026 (Men’s World 8 Ball Championship, Mixed Doubles, Women’s Open, Bank Pool), 1-8 April, Half Million Prize Fund

That was the Kiss of Death pool team. I think Jen played with them early on.

PBS St Louis 2026 (Men’s World 8 Ball Championship, Mixed Doubles, Women’s Open, Bank Pool), 1-8 April, Half Million Prize Fund

I think you give too much credit to the past prestige of some of these events and not enough credit to the potential paycheck. Not to mention the ability to do the commentary remotely from home. Not saying any of them would walk away from MR soon, but money and convenience can be really...

PBS St Louis 2026 (Men’s World 8 Ball Championship, Mixed Doubles, Women’s Open, Bank Pool), 1-8 April, Half Million Prize Fund

I thought Chris, Ben and Eric (Edit: Sorry, I forgot him) were pretty good. The rest I can do without. Mark is just annoying and the other others were often way too negative about the players. Hard to listen to guys with a bad camera angle criticizing word champions who are at the table for...

PBS St Louis 2026 (Men’s World 8 Ball Championship, Mixed Doubles, Women’s Open, Bank Pool), 1-8 April, Half Million Prize Fund

I believe they announced it in Vegas. One of those “if you can’t beat them, join them” things.

    Automatic Shot Clock

I could see this being a good solution for someone wanting/needing to practice playing with a shot clock.

You need to partner up with Ultimate Pool!

What chalk are you using on your phenolic tips?

I was under the impression it was just the G10 materials that were deemed too hard. Seems like a lot of the phenolic tips aren't really that hard.

cue/shaft orientation as you shoot, facing one way every single time!

When I talked to him in SD he signed my case. Took him a few minutes to do it because he was very careful and I think like most things he wants/expects perfection.

    I finally played Ultimate Pool

I'm not sure I'm reading you right, but you can use your ball to pocket your opponent's ball. It's just a loss of turn if none of your balls go down. Or are you referring to the rules after the break on combo shots?

    I finally played Ultimate Pool

But yet you feel a need to comment negatively on it every chance you get.

    I finally played Ultimate Pool

I don't know what to tell you, but we played on 7ft Diamond Pro cuts and a second ball break from about 2" off the side rail with my playing cue felt like a cheat code.

    I finally played Ultimate Pool

I played a full league season last summer, probably will again this summer, it's just too far of a drive for me to commit to it in the winter. I think it's easy to look at one or two rules and think they are silly, but in general I feel the whole package works well together. In general, I'd...

Have you ever attempted to play with a very warped pool cue, and did it bother you, and were you able to pot balls with it consistently?

Sorry, I guess I didn't really answer your question. I have seen people play with some pretty messed up stuff. If you really want to try playing with it, roll it on the table and find the point where the tip is either highest or lowest and make a small mark on the shaft or joint and just...

What your describing sounds more like a joint facing issue than warpage.

    WNT, WPA and 2026

You are correct. Also, I'm no tax lawyer, but I'd be willing to bet that most, if not all of the cost of their events are a tax write off as an advertising expense, which is a huge advantage for them.

    WNT, WPA and 2026

Possibly I missed it in an earlier post, but I think you've left out the large roll that Federations played in this. Many in the USA don't get that part because the BCA has been largely useless in promoting/supporting American pool players (hopefully that will change), but for most of the Asian...
