Thanks It was refinished and signed and dated on the forearm by timmy, along with the last pictured cue which is a rare three point cue that is also signed and dated on forearm. After being refinished they have not hit a ball. The collector cue had never been hit with.

I recently got some cues and want to know a honest value of the cues. They are not for sale. All four cues are Tim Scruggs. Thanks for the input. Cue in pic one is a collector series Scruggs with gold inlays
