Robertson is quoted as saying:

"It was difficult to play because a lot was going through my mind about what was going on. My concentration was all over the place. I just had to knuckle down, try to be as professional as I could and get the job done."

Makes me wonder what was going on.

Under the heading of schadenfreude, I am glad his opponent lost. And just to brag a bit, I spelled that correctly the first try.:cool:

Young Zhou still got £35,000 for the runners up prize but what a brutal introduction he had when it comes to the sharp end of Snooker Finals .

1 . If your gonna get goosed 9-0 might as well sit in the chair and pick up the £35,000 cheque for being a spectator .Good wages that one lol !

2 . It was 200/1 for Zhou Yuelong to win 9 frames in a row and if Da' Bookie set the odds at 2 Million to one I might have put 10p on it lol !

3 . At 22/1 Da' Bookie knew a 9-0 goose was on the cards , were you on ?

Killer insinct kicked in set in and young Zhou had no chance .

With clients like you, how is Da' Bookie supposed to keep up with his payments on his beach house in Mallorca, not to mention his chalet? Do you never think of others? :mad:

When I have run the numbers on more typical offers, DB seems to be giving himself a 10% or so margin. The long-odds offers seem to be padded much more heavily. At 200/1 DB is saying Zhou is favored in each frame. Maybe if Robertson loses his tip and also has the tuna salad for lunch. I'd guess something like 10000/1 is fair but how often are such odds offered?
