Thanks for all the input guys. One thing is for sure, it's a quality made cue and plays really well. Still searching for answers. I'll bring it also at bca nationals and see if someone will help me identify it there.

It looks, and sounds, like a Klein. Also, the wood around the shaft brass insert looks like his. Steve Klein should be able to answer positively for you though.
i posted a pic with my post but it didnt show up.. i was at work when i posted it and all photobucket pics are blocked so i had no way of knowing it didnt show up

The rubber screw in bumper is the only thing that would lead me to doubt Klein. He "usually" uses bolts to secure the bumpers.
But I would certainly check with him or Rauenzahn.
